In this session we will consider Behaviour and Attitudes, and why it is important to get this right, in every class, and across the school. We will consider:
- High expectations and consistency, prompt and decisive action to counteract poor behaviour.
- A positive school culture and environment, and how this is created
- Pupils’ attitude to learning, and attendance
- Ofsted
- Health and wellbeing
- Attachment, trauma and influencing experiences

Complete the gap task from the last session and bring with you for group discussion
Post Task: Research ACES – Adverse Childhood Experiences. Does your school make use of this in identifying children with barriers to learning.
